This first meeting gives you the time to see if we will be a good fit. Chat about what your birth looks like to you and answer any questions you may have about me!

Birth and Labor care

Includes but is not limited to: unwavering support, comfort measures, visual affirmations, words of encouragement and physical support. I would love to talk with you about all your options and ways that I can help support you. I also give discounts for mothers considering adoption, mamas with deployed spouses and teen mothers.

Postpartum care

Postpartum care includes but is not limited to household duties and chore, giving care and attention to siblings, cooking, breastfeeding support, setting up space for you to be able to relax or rest for a few hours and to help make this transition as smooth as possible. Whether you are struggling with a latch at 3 am, need someone there to cook or you just want a nap-I will be there supporting you in any way I can.

** $10 Discount per picture! With a signed photo release form, if I choose to use your pictures (with permission) on any advertisements or website gallery.

Parents night out (Must be scheduled at least one month in advance) or extra postpartum/prenatal

This package is for couples who do not want/need a doula present at the birth but need help preparing for the labor and birth.
During the prenatal visits I will teach you and your partner comfort measures, the labor process, labor positions ( with a cheat sheet) and many study tools.
